We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, due to health and safety regulations, certain restrictions apply to home testing products.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All disease home test kits (e.g., COVID-19, flu, STI, etc.) are considered personal-use items and are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased.

Replacement may be issued only if:

  • The product is defective (e.g., damaged components, missing parts, or manufacturing errors).
  • You provide:
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)
    • Photos of the defect
    • Lot number & expiration date
    • A brief description of the issue

⚠️ Important:

  • Opened or used test kits cannot be replaced.
  • Products nearing expiration are not eligible for replacement—check our website for possible FDA-authorized expiration date extensions.
  • Do not dispose of defective units until instructed by customer support.

Return Policy for Other Eligible Products

For non-test kit products (e.g., accessories, unopened supplements, etc.), you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (including manuals/accessories).
  • You obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting supports@covidtestathome.top
  • The item is shipped back within 10 days of RMA issuance and includes the RMA number.

Refunds:

  • Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, and gift-wrapping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping and assume liability for lost/damaged packages.

⚠️ Late or unauthorized returns (no RMA, improper packaging, etc.) may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at supports@covidtestathome.top with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Product details (lot/expiration if applicable)

We will evaluate and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
